Seeing a need for better Spine Board design and application, NEANN sought out the best Spine Board and Stretcher designs and developed a new lightweight and durable product that has seen use in every state in Australia.

All products designed and manufactured by NEANN are covered by prescribed warranties covering any faults or inability to perform as intended. Products distributed by NEANN come with similar warranties, and warranties above and beyond the original manufacturer's warranties are also occasionally provided.
NEANN stock a large catalogue of spare parts for both its own and third party products. Scheduled servicing and rapid response repairs of certain equipment can be provided by NEANN or through an authorised third party with replacement units.
