Online Prepayment Portal

This is our RAPP Australia Pty Ltd online portal for pre-payments of Proforma Tax Invoices (or Quotes).

Attention Customers – Some important notes:

** Please carefully check your Proforma Tax Invoice (or Quote) to ensure it covers everything you are after …and that all details are correct, including your contact details. If not, please do NOT proceed, but instead contact our Customer Service Team on Ph. +61 3 5284 0925  or  sales@rappaustralia.com.au

As part of  “Checking Out” and entering your payment details, please:

• Make sure that your Proforma Tax Invoice Reference Number (PINV#) or Quote # is entered;
• Enter the total Proforma Tax Invoice (or Quote) Amount owing including GST;
• Please make sure that your Proforma Tax Invoice (or Quote) includes an actual freight cost line;
• Carefully re-enter your delivery address and contact details (phone/email).

RAPP Australia Pty Ltd aims to dispatch orders for all stocked items within 48 hours. If the goods you have ordered are not in-stock, they will be placed on back order and we will provide our best initial estimate of the ETA of the item/s within 7-10 days. Production lead times for custom/MTO items can take up to 8 weeks, dependant on capacity at the time &/or raw material issues.
