This is our RAPP Australia Pty Ltd online portal for pre-payments of Proforma Tax Invoices (or Quotes).

Some important notes:

** Please carefully check your Proforma Tax Invoice (or Quote) to ensure it covers everything you are after …and that all details are correct (including your contact details) and that a freight charge is noted.

If the details are incorrect, please do NOT proceed, but instead contact our Customer Service Team on Ph. +61 3 5284 0925  or  sales@rappaustralia.com.au  so they can adjust as required.

If you currently only have a Quote, but you actually need a Proforma Tax Invoice now, please contact Customer Service. As a matter of routine, you will still always be sent a Invoice-Paid upon dispatch of your order.

As part of  “Checking Out” and entering your payment details, please:

• Make sure that your Proforma Tax Invoice Reference Number (PINV#) or Quote # is entered;
• Enter the total Proforma Tax Invoice (or Quote) Amount owing including Freight costs & GST;
• Carefully re-enter your delivery address and contact details (phone/email).
